How do I order

  1. To place an order, you must be a registered user on the ELLENMORE.com website. Besides being good for your security, registration allows you to use the full functionality of the website.
  2. You can also order by phone by contacting our employee: +359 (0) 884 831 304 and providing the necessary information to place your order.
  3. If you have chosen the "Order through the website" option, select the product in the appropriate size and click the BUY button.
  4. Fill in the required fields with delivery details and proceed to the payment process.
  5. Payment for ordered products can be made in two ways:
  • Non-cash - via credit or debit card during an order in the online store ELLENMORE.com
  • Cash on delivery - upon receipt of the shipment, at a courier office or at an address specified by you.
  1. After ordering a product in one of the two possible ways and finalizing the payment process, we send a confirmation to your email. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same business day. For all other orders placed after 12:00 PM or on a non-working day, processing takes place on the next business day.
  2. Receipt of ordered products is carried out by courier company Speedy AD or ECONT OOD, to an address previously specified by you or at a courier office, within the territory of Bulgaria. For orders with a value over over 99 € / 193.62 BGN. delivery is free. For all other orders, the delivery fee is 6 EUR.
