Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
After placing an order, we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) to confirm the details. You will also receive an email confirmation.

How will I receive my products and how much does delivery cost?
We deliver via SPEEDY or ECONT. For orders over 99 EUR (193.61 BGN) delivery is free! For others, the fee is 6 EUR.

What is "Preview and Test"?
A service that allows you to inspect the goods with the courier before payment. If it does not meet expectations, you can refuse the shipment.

Can I exchange a purchased product?
Yes. First, contact us (by phone or email during business hours) to confirm availability for exchange, then follow the return procedure.

How do I return a product/products?
Send your order to Ruse 7000, "Hristo Botev" St. 1, via courier company (SPEEDY AD or Econt Express AD) at your expense.
Returns are free for you for orders over 99 € / 193.62 BGN when you use our partner courier companies.

Where are the clothes produced?
Every garment is produced in our own high-tech facility in the city of Ruse, powered entirely by solar energy.
