Review and test

"Review and Test" is a service that allows you to check if you have received the correct product, in the chosen color, and without defects. If, upon your review, you find that the product is not in proper condition (it is not the product you selected, has damaged packaging, or other discrepancies), we recommend REFUSING the shipment. The courier will explain the process to you. If you have chosen cash on delivery, please check the shipment before paying the courier. If you have paid with a debit or credit card online and refuse the shipment, we will refund the amount to the same account from which the payment was made. This will happen after the shipment is returned and checked by us. If the shipment contains more than one product and you refuse only one of them, this leads to the cancellation of the entire shipment and obliges you to return the shipment after "Review and Test."
