Return/Exchange Form

  1. Product return information:

"ELLEN MORE" LTD applies Directive 83/2011/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on consumer rights.

Here you can find basic provisions regarding product return rights. For more information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for website use.

  1. Consumer rights when withdrawing from a distance contract:

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for an order placed within 14 days, without an explicit obligation to state the reason for your decision.

The period for withdrawal from a distance contract expires after 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the respective product.

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, please follow these steps:

Option 1:

You can request a return directly from your profile on the "Orders" page using the "Request Return" button, selecting the specific products you wish to return.

Option 2:

(1) Fill out the Return Form

(2) Send your order to the address Ruse 7000, 1 Hristo Botev Str., via a courier company (SPEEDY AD or Econt Express AD) at your expense.

Returns are free for orders over 99 € / 193.62 BGN when you use our partner courier companies.

You can also return the product in another way of your choice, within 14 days of exercising your right to withdraw from the distance contract.

(3) If you wish to return an order, the amount will be refunded to the bank account you specified in the return form.

(4) Once the order/product is received by us and the return is registered, you will be informed by email or phone about the status of the returned order.

Note:

  • When returning a product, do not make a cash on delivery request. We must first assess the commercial condition of the goods, after which we will refund the full amount.
  • In case the payment was made with a bank card, the refund will be processed by reversing the transaction to the card used for payment within 14 business days.
  1. Consequences of product return

Upon return of an order, "ELLEN MORE" LTD will refund all amounts received from you without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received proof from you that you have returned the respective product.

"ELLEN MORE" LTD reserves the right to postpone the refund of the amounts until it receives the products back or until the consumer proves that they have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
